“Hola! My name is Kerri Lynne Oxendine, and I’ve had the pleasure of calling the Grand Strand home for the past 30 years. Originally from the Midlands of South Carolina, I made the move to this beautiful coastal area after studying at the University of South Carolina—and I’ve never looked back.

With 20 years of experience in the real estate analytics industry, I’ve worked across a wide range of areas within the field. From the early days of GIS technology to special projects focused on real estate data intelligence and analytics, I’ve embraced the ever-evolving landscape of real estate with curiosity and innovation. My passion lies in using advanced tools and insights to better understand and interpret our local market.

My husband is Todd. I have a son, Britton, who was born and raised in the close-knit community of Surfside Beach. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me out on a run—staying active is a big part of my life.

Community involvement is at the heart of everything I do. I’ve had the joy of coaching several seasons of Girls on the Run Grand Strand at St. James Elementary School, and I’m a member of the Surfrider Foundation. I’m always looking for opportunities to give back through volunteering and supporting local events—because this community has given so much to me and my family, and I’m committed to helping it thrive.”
